Refund policy

At Luxe Fabric Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging where applicable. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after the 7-day return period may not be accepted.

A $5.00 return fee applies to eligible returns.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Where the return is required because of an error on our part or an eligible damaged or defective item, applicable return costs may be waived.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items where clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Any applicable $5.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
